At SACARE, we believe in recognising and celebrating the dedication and hard work of our incredible team. Each month, we highlight two outstanding employees who have gone above and beyond in their role.
How It Works:
Nominations: Throughout the month, staff and clients can nominate any employee who has shown exceptional service, teamwork, or has made a significant impact.
Voting: At the end of the month, nominations will be collected and the executive team vote for the winners.
Announcement: The employees with the most votes will be crowned Employee of the Month and will be celebrated across our platforms.
